When people get satisfaction out of innocent people being gunned down at a celebration... They should be placed in a mental institution

They would be centers of civilization. It would be possible to see a play or a movie, or to attend a symphony concert or a ballet that ended at 10:00 pm, walk two miles to get home, and be perfectly safe.
