In my neighborhood it requires courage to carry out the trash and go to my mailbox. That is why I carry pepper spray with me. I think of pepper spray as my "Negro Repellent."

I have used pepper spray successfully against four Negroes who wanted to rob me. Pepper spray is legal. It does not cause permanent injuries. It very definitely changes the plans of a black street criminal.
