Israel's international borders were defined by customary international law at the declaration of her independence. Note where the recognized borders are between Israel and Jordan and Israel and Egypt. No legal border has ever been established between Israel and a wanna-be State of Palestine. This is one of the things holding up Palestine's recognition as a State.
