There is only one person here that is lying and that’s YOU, Jeffries did not lie about anything, In fact Tapper agreed with Jeffries that the Republicans are lying when they claim that Democrats want to extend Obama Care subsidies to undocumented people,

Then Tapper asks about reinstating funding to hospitals that provide emergency medical care to the uninsured -SOME OF WHICH may be undocumented .Tapper points out that of the none citizens that might benefit – not all or “illegal” Many are people seeking asylum or under temporary protection status. He asks Jeffries why he would include that in this in his demands knowing that Republicans are going to use that against them ( and again claim that that Democrats want to give to illegals)

The video is cut off before Jeffries can answer, (by design no doubt because they do not want us hear his answer) but he has NEVER lied about supporting such a policy , which in fact had been in place for decades. Hospitals that accept federal funding have always been required to provide basic stabilizing emergency care to indigent people -until now when these heartless and cruel motherfuckers changed that.
