When was Habba confirmed in the Senate?Um, the Courts don't get to pick the US Attorney. This is a clear abuse of seperation of powers.
There is a very qualified person, Desiree Grace, ready to assume to role Habba now has. But she isn't a trump sock puppet. So Dotard has perverted the way the position is filled, essentially leaving the top job vacant, so Habba can perform the role from the #2 position which does not require Senate confirmation. Enabled by sock puppet Pam Bondi who named Habba to serve in the #2 position.
Actually there is.But . . . there is no law stating that a panel of New Jersey judges gets to pick the Acting AG, and that the president is bound to leave that choice in place.
Nobody said she was, she was the acting US Attorney appointed by the president under the Vacancy Reform Act of 1998When was Habba confirmed in the Senate?
Provide the law that says a Court gets to pick who’s the US Attorney isActually there is.

So you think Trump can just keep reappointing her every 120 days for the next few years? Thanks, looks like she got reappointed as acting US attorney for another 120 days
There are major loopholes in the Dem Act that have never been addressedSo you think Trump can just keep reappointing her every 120 days for the next few years?
Has he been convicted of not following them? There are rules about that as well. Have they been followed?
If he could, then the president could appoint every AG without ever getting Senate confirmation, which would make the law unconstitutional.Where does it say he can’t?
Why would the law allow the president to appoint a US attorney without senate confirmation?
Maybe the law is unconstitutional I don’t know, litigate itIf he could, then the president could appoint every AG without ever getting Senate confirmation, which would make the law unconstitutional.
When Trump’s other acting AG appointment ran out, he made them a special prosecutor, which is unconstitutional.
