While that certainly isn't the legislative process that the founders envisioned for our Republic, in fact it's blatantly contrary to it, everybody just goes along with it and accepts it as if it's the way we do things. I mean, why do we even have a Congress if this is how they're gonna do everything? Pft.

Now, if a measure were proposed to make QAnon illegal, where anyone found guilty of the crime of promoting the conspiracy theory is subject to fines and/or imprisonment, then we’d have a First Amendment violation.

But no such measure is being introduced – no freedoms in jeopardy, no rights violated.

"Naturally" others of whatever "community" are going to have protective feelings for such children, and take steps to stop fostering a culture of sexual abuse.

PDAs (Public Displays of Affection) make other people angry and start fights, especially when the instigators start playing permission games with group hugs and social kisses, etc., from which some individuals are not only excluded but subjected to arbitrary criminal charges for otherwise normal and appropriate social affection at the time and place.

No-loitering rules, no-trespass ordinances are enforced, and there's a heavy district in a court of law over some situation or another, where somebody might have felt uncomfortable for some reason or another, but a real lady could easily have politely excused herself without calling the cops with exaggerated allegations and causing so much offense, mischief, and grief.
