Guidelines (Wishes) for American Election Day

1) that Non-Citizens do not try and vote.
2) that bad actors do not vote on behalf of a dead person
3) that bad actors do not try and vote multiple times
4) that voting machines and processes are not tampered with.
5) that all voting eligible US Citizens are made to feel safe and welcome at polling places.

This is a US Election. Keep out the agents of corrupting and canceling out legitimate votes.
