Trump has made a track record of letting the people he deals with make profit alongside him. He is not a cut throat fucktard like Mittens Romney.
Take his Ocean City Casino deal. Trump specializes in two things; scooping up fire sales and making them profitable and selling the right to use his name on suitable hotels. So when he was going for a fire sale on a casino in OCean City, Merv Griffin was bidding against him for the project, so Trump makes a deal with Merv so that Merv got the contract and sold it to Trump for a reasonable mark up. Then Trump goes and raises bonds for the construction and about a year later take it through a bankruptcy debt restructuring and he trades the bond holders stock in the casino in return for them lowering his interest on the bonds and stretching out the payment period.
Everybody involved won, no cut throat bullshit, no making eternal enemies.
And that really pisses off people like you, doesnt it? You want to think that the universe only lets people get ahead that will backstab, lie and descrate ones competitors, but the Truth is that generosity always works better and beats the stupid bean counting nonsense every time.
