The army and marines have a multitude of units unable to perform their primary missions. We have naval ships falling apart for lack of parts, supplies, and those qualified to keep them afloat. Thank you Obama.

Thank You, Sequester, a Republican invention. It was what the Dems were forced to agree to in order to stop the last government shut down which was brought to you by the Republicans. Obama had nothing to do with this except to sign the new budget. The GOP said it was just temporary. Guess what, temporary finally runs out in 2021. You can stop with the blame Obama crap. It sits securely in the GOP. We can't wait until 2021 to fix this but it may be that we may not have a federal government by then.
