Grand Central Station 12/5/2012

I have memories of living in Brazil when it was a military dictatorship, one of wish was fear when approaching a building that was guarded by military men armed with machine guns.

This morning at Grand Central Station there were at least half a dozen police armed with AR-15's, much more firepower than I'm used to see in the former "Land of the Free and home of the Brave"

Did I miss something on the news? What the **** is going on?

Why don't we treat Grand Central like it was the Benghazi Consulate and send all the guards home?

We're on a need to know basis and apparently we don't need to know.

Lot of firepower in D.C. but that's understandable.
