So the most expensive city in the state has a crime problem and the rest of the state has to pay to alleviate the problem. Doesn't appear that the useless city government has the political will to do anything about rescinding their "sanctuary" policies for illegals, homeless, druggies and any other law breaker---WTF should the rest of the state pay for it.
