I can agree with ya on some of the governments over-regulation. It increases the bureacracy which in turn raises prices on the product. It's full of loopholes and does not guarantee the overall safety. People obtain false credentials and simply move to other states when they get caught. Doctors who prohibited from practicing and lawyers who are disbarred only pop up to practice elsewhere. SOME regulation is needed for protection but it's gone overboard and hurt many people who are excellant at something but don't have the sheepskin.
