Georgia Senate candidate Herschel Walker made some questionable statements about air quality and climate change during a campaign speech, claiming that the U.S. has good air that China is ruining.

During the speech Walker said, "“We in America have some of the cleanest air, the cleanest water of anybody in the world." Walker claimed that the U.S. is not being polluted by our citizens, but rather “Since we don’t control the air our good air decided to float over to China’s bad air so when China gets our good air, their bad air got to move.” According to a Quinnipiac poll published at the end of last month, Walker is trailing his opponent, Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) by 10 points.



By the way, it will be wise not to pay attention to polling numbers this far out from an election -- but the way Walker crushed this climate change question; I expect to see Walker up by 20 pts in the polls by next week -- because he is absolutely right...America has the cleanest air and water in the world and we definitely didn't get there by imposing regulations and standards on corporations -- we got there by giving these corporations more freedom to do what they feel is best -- who would knowingly pollute our own air and water?? That is idiotic.....the pollution we deal with is coming from places like India and China.....until they do something about dealing with their own pollution, they will continue to steal all of our good air and water send us all of their bad air and water....this is precisely why his Democrat opponent is so afraid to debate him; because he knows he can't out debate Herschel who is a star athlete and definitely rushed for more yards per carry than Warnock has.
