Yep, I see prison time in his future. It doesn't even matter what transpired before the video starts rolling. The fact that the driver is outside of the home and is trying to leave is enough to charge this guy with attempted murder.

He should have not started firing the gun, the driver was leaving, that should have been the end of it. But he decided to point the gun at the car and start firing.

More information isn't necessary. The driver was attempting to leave. Shooting them when they are trying to retreat and are outside of your home is going to be looked at as attempted murder, or at the very least, assault with a deadly weapon.

Well, I sort of see the video dude's point, not that he had any business shooting the driver.

• Last year I took a bunch of Ubers. Once was to get me to the hospital and the driver, a foreigner speaking poor english, refused to take me to the right entrance, called me an asshole, and threatened to force me out at the wrong entrance and leave me there.
• Another 2 foreign drivers barely spoke english, and was on the phone the whole trip speaking in some foreign tongue and told me to be quiet.
• Another driver (American) told me that Americans were getting fired (or not hired) left and right in lieu of foreigners. He told me that many of these companies are now owned by foreigners.
• I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut last year. I told them to knock on the door. Some time later, my phone rang, I did not recognize the caller ID so ignored it. Finally, I got the idea to check the front door. A foreigner who apparently did not speak a lick of English was standing there. He never knocked. He was the one who called. He had parked sideways across my double driveway driving over my lawn and a drain pipe. I asked him repeatedly to please back his car up off my walkway and to not drive forward over the drain pipe. He did not answer, he did not move. Finally, I paid him and he left, driving straight over my drain pipe probably breaking it.
• Most of these people are here largely because of Poops Biden.

I am less bothered by these people coming here as I am the fact that they don't seem interested in learning English nor adopting our ways and culture, but instead seem trying to plant their own flag here.
