Possibly, but the rules require a 2/3rds majority to do that and currently the House of Representatives almost certainly does not have enough votes to expel. Therefore I doubt that will come to a vote at least any time soon.

I think it would be unwise for the GOP to push it as the Democrats would almost certainly use a 'failure to expel' as ammo to push their gaslighting propaganda that it is the GOP that weaponizes government. And a corrupt leftwing media would then make sure it looked that way to the clueless and gullible who willingly swallow that kind of dishonest propaganda.

There is no fraudulent citizenship. There is no marriage to a younger brother, nor need to marry a brother to help him become a citizen. Her mother died before this false alleged brother was born... Omar was the youngest child born of 7 kids. They arrived in the USA in 1995, and all were given asylum before they arrived after a vigorous vetting process.

This falsely accused brother was a British National according to British records since 1985, and lived in London.

None of the immigration records for the family getting accepted as refugees lists any brother with her ex husband's name.

As far as any wrong doing with these other thieves in her US Somalian community...anything is possible I suppose, but there is no evidence as of yet to support such accusations.

My issue is with all the MAGA lies about how she got here and her citizenship, lies about marrying a brother to get him citizenship, lies about not giving allegiance to the USA, and all the other prolific lies told.
