GOP senators sidestep harsh criticism of Sotomayor - Yahoo! News

Yes they are backing off, with a wink and a nod. As long as they allow Limbaugh and Newt to call the shots of the republican party, they GOP will continue to lose standing with the American people.

W appointed two Supreme Court justices, He picked two white guys. So, that was one of the GOP's efforts for inclusion. If the Republicans allow Newt and Rush to decide the future of their party, our great grandchildren will be reading about them and GM going broke at the beginniing of the 21st century. I don't know what they are thinking?

This is just too easy:lol: Does the name Miguel Estrada ring a bell with your partisan ass? He was nominated by "W", but the dems slammed the door on him. So when you bring the race card in on this, just remember, that the dems were not above it all. In fact they were being racists...wouldn't you say?
