I love that Democrat talking point that as long as POTUS was not involved, nothing the DOJ/FBI did can be called weaponization.

course Joe Biden himself was not directing the DOJ and FBI as they pursued Donald Trump for political purposes. Joe Biden could not have directed himself to the bathroom. He wasn't in charge of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, much less the DOJ and the FBI with their entrenched bureaucracy, and law-enforcement powers.
Doesn't mean that those institutions did not disgrace themselves by going after their own perceived political enemies and their enemies' allies, as the FBI already had a long, long history of doing (back to the earliest days of J. Edgar).
