Going to my first counseling to deal with the death of my brother

I hope she can get me past of hating his wife and blaming her because she took his son from him and kicked him out right out of the hospital for depression knowing he was so depressed and gave him no hope of them getting back together.. I need to get pass this.. I dont want to have that eating me up inside for the rest of my life
