Target is facing problems because they chose to follow Trumps racism.

Target drops DEI initiatives and learns there are harsh consequences

Target is facing the harsh reality that actions have consequences after ending their DEI initiatives.

The retailer is currently being sued for allegedly hiding the risks of ending the company’s DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) programs after customers angry about the move started a boycott.

Last month, Target joined major corporations across the country who have been rolling back diversity initiatives in the wake of President Donald Trump taking power. The company also issued a memo that said it would end its Racial Equity Action and Change program and will be “stopping all external diversity-focused surveys including HRC’s Corporate Equality index,” the Advocate reports.

The backlash to the move was swift, with civil rights activists and people across social media calling for a boycott. Georgia pastor Dr. Jamal Bryan even told his congregation that they should participate in a “40-day fast from Target.”

Now, the mega-store is realizing that while ditching diversity programs may win over Republicans, there are also very real consequences.

Black folks' dollars helped build businesses like Target. Black folks should be represented as employees and management equal to our proportion of the population. It is a shame that some whites are so racist that they want to refuse blacks 13 percent of the jobs while they get 60 percent, and we aren't whining about it.

How many DEI hires has Target fired in the last 30 days?

Are you, once again, making a mountain out of a molehill?

I saw Kamala in a picture about this 'disaster', is she trying to be relevant?

Such a shame when black Americans get caught up, and think mentally ill pederasts are their allies.

I am sorry, but that is just so wrong. I mean if we accept that criteria, well then LBTQ people should be represented equal to their percent of the population. And damn, professional sports are sure going to suck ass when only 13% of the NBA and NFL rosters are black.

I mean I am sorry. I am hiring the most qualified to do the job, no matter the race or the sex.

DEI and "Woke" mean Radical Left hate, racism, stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination

Blacks make up 15-18% of Target's customer base. 50% of Target's total workforce is black. What's the fucking problem?...lol

Target took a hit from folks who stopped going there when they started the woke nonsense ...
And now they are going to take a hit if and when they get rid of the woke nonsense.

That's some stupid crap ... Make some mistakes and piss everyone off ... Playing social engineering in a retail store ...
Never good for business ... Fuck around and find out ... :auiqs.jpg:

That is what the Left is trying to do, bow to our cult or lose everything, including your life.

Whites need to STFU about this. Your asses are overrepresented in every position and it is not because of merit or qualifications..

And if you want to talk about the NBA or NFL, then instead of reading resumes and picking people for interviews, structure your hiring practices to allow all potential employees to do the tasks required for the job. Cut those who are unable to meet the company requirements until you have hired the person who has shown by performance that they can do the job. That's how it is done in the NFL and NBA. More whites play basketball nd football than blacks. Mre whites t ry out fr the team, but when its time to compete head to head, many whites lose. That's why the NF and NBA are as they are. It's determined by performance on the field, not by picking resumes.

You racists nit pick the NBA or NFL. You dn't say shit abut the NHL. You don't say shit about MLB. But you would if these sports were majority black. Whites have NEVER picked the most qualified. And this opposition to DEI is not about merit; its bout making certain whites get most of everything no matter whether they are qualified or not. Whites aren't always the most qualified and there is no instance where whites are 80-90 percent of all qualified people, yet this is what we see in many occupations.

Whites own the NFL and the NBA. How come they only pick the best and other whites do not?

And of course Trump's racist supporters will try to defend him.
