If we're talking about popularity of our government there are probably 40 US states that would fit right on that list.

The problem with polling methodologies with PEW in Pakistan is that they only survey a small sample from highly urban areas, which makes it not very representative of the entire country. No surprises though that we wouldn't be well liked in Karachi though given our drone program and the current popular discourse around it.
