Give 'em hell Barry!!!!!!

Liberalism died a few years ago. It's a dirty word to them. They're progressives now...ask and they'll tell you.

I prefer to call them Statists. It fits.

You don't speak for anyone but yourself, homey. I'm liberal as **** and, as you'll come to understand, your opinions about my political ideology mean two things to me: jack and shit.

Which is just a bit more than the opinions of a damn Bolshevik traitor like you mean to me; not jack or shit! Oh, BTW, about those pesky republicans who won't go along with the Ivy-League-Asshole-in Chief; if the people in their district preferred the democrat stooges they had the previous two years, they wouldn't have been elected in the first place. We sent them there to obstruct your agenda, fool!

And, when that meager congressional approval rating teaches your kind a lesson or two about burning down the house when trying to light up a room I'm sure you'll be blaming those "Bolshevik" boogeymen then too..

If obstruction is your strategy I look forward to 2012.

Learned helplessness isn't an excuse for lack of progress. Or, at least an attempt at something beyond, "**** THAT MUSLIM ******!"

Like I keep saying, feel free to take this strategy into 2012.

BINGO!!!! Shogun lost the debate!!!!!!

He/she/it.... just had to interject race!

What a moron....!

Except Pete has a history of saying such things. Context....

OK.... fair enough

You have no room to blame the left for jobs sent overseas, free market capitalist. Go promote more mexicans on our highways, nafta lover.

and yes, Tax cuts. if you didn't hear it then you weren't listening. Which, is pretty much what I'd suspect.
Who signed NAFTA? When Obama repeals it, you let me know.

I won't have to wait for me as you'll hear this collective scream of the right wing crying about protectionism.

Clinton signed it in a bipartisan effort. You people could really learn a thing or two from Democratic Presidents.

Like what? How to lie, cheat, steal, and quibble over the meaning of the word "is"? Of course, compared to the Emperor-With-No-Clothes, there is something to be said for a draft-dodging, skirt-chasing, dope-smoking halfwit like Bill Clinton: at least he was a halfwit! This one isn't that intelligent!

So as long as it was a bipartisan effort, it was a good idea. Sort of like Gramm Leach Bliley.

what was politically expedient for Clinton is not, by definition, a good idea. Ask an American truck driver all about it.

Would you care to talk about Bush's "mushroom cloud" speech?

Where are we going to get the $450B that this is going to cost?

Where will the revenue come from?

Effort .. at what? Its all talk as usual ... pass it right away or its your fault I will let you know whats in it after you pass it.

What the **** thats no different than telling a burglar just take the deal and after signing we will tell you how long you get.

It's easier to watch videos of Detroit.

That's why they call it deficit spending. At least that's what Keynes called it.

I can give a shit was race he is. My track record will reflect it as well.... Elvis corrected me on your context and I said " fair enough ".

Look it up.

Maybe that little speech would have been a bit more epic were it not for the reality of your Presidential votes in '00 and '04...

We can always take it from the next FEMA post-disaster funding...

Your kind didn't have enough rope time to tie your own noose by then.

We'll see how the whole "**** you" strategy will work out for you after people have some time to taste the fruition of your 2010 choices.

He's making an effort...

... which is more than can be said for salt the earth republicans.

No he's just adjourned a joint session of congress for a campaign speech. In reality is was just another perfectly pronounced speech stating the same thing he has been saying for 3-1/2 years.

While there are some good things--like lowering taxes on small business--great idea--he is still calling on raising taxes--but HE NEVER DISCLOSES details. What tax bracket exactly is he talking about?

Our constant campaigner President--lots of talk--but no SUBSTANCE. Where's the nuts and bolts of this plan? Two or three weeks from now--he is supposedly going to disclose that--:cuckoo: Is he going to adjourn another joint session of congress to give us the details of his plan--or will he do like every other President and just put in on paper and send it to the congress for debate?

Senator Jim De Mint asked the same question last night. He said If the President had a jobs bill for the Congress to view, we would have it already and we'd be debating it.
The President has no bill. In his speech tonight were simply ideas that he would if he could get away with it, ram through by executive order.

EXACTLY! THERE IS NO BILL - Just Barry's wish list! That "Bill" has just as much substance as the Emperor's New Clothes....oh, snap! That's right, no substance needed, just a pretty description of nothingness....
