LOL! Funny, in your so called link, I never heard him say that, just other people saying that. lol, total bullshit like always.
I read that Roodles is a full-blown alcoholic
Lose a few billion...make few billion..but who's counting?dominion is all washed up... they have lost billions over the last three years because countries do not trust them to run their elections...
Lose a few billion...make few billion..but who's counting?
Given that, prior to the Fox verdict, Dominion was worth like 80 million, I doubt the whole losing billions thing...but, they still have billion in potential litigation money coming, on top of the Fox verdict--so I'd still love to be a shareholder!
Whatever potential money they did lose....is due in part to the election denying tactics of Trump, et al.
As we have seen, that's actionable~
He named them. You can't defame someone if you didn't use a name to do it.... You can say all day that the ballot center in a given area of the country is corrupt... Rudy never named anyone....
Link please.....He named them.
Don’t be obtuse. He will not contest that he made false statements. Why would he do that if he thinks they can't prove he did?
The two poll workers received hate messages via social media the day that Giuliani and Trump made the claims. The images and information provided by Giuliani and Trump allowed them to be identified immediately.Link please.....
What is actually happening.
What is actually happening.
Yes.Ok but the headline is bullshit right?
He wants discovery to stop. He doesn't want em to go through his emails/documents/files etcHe will not contest that he made false statements. Why would he do that if he thinks they can't prove he did?
Don’t be obtuse.
By saying he wasn’t contesting that the statements were false, he simply took that out of dispute.
He instead focuses on the claim (his claim) that his statement did not (within the meaning of the legal terms) injure or damage the two election workers.
If I report that the sky at night is really bright, I may be factually wrong. But that doesn’t make it a lie. (Maybe I was referencing a dull moon and all those stars.). If my statement is incorrect, that doesn’t necessarily “injure” a person suing me for libel or slander.
