Reagan was not actively passing legislation destroying the constitution and civil rights. Theres a big difference between Reagan and Obama. What Reagan was doing was adding 20,000,000 jobs to the economy, the Democrats could not in there right minds could not call him dangerous without suffering a huge backlash from people living in reality.

I posted that under the constitution Reagan was right to stop funding mental health care. And as I stated, if Mental Healthcare is not in the constitution he followed the constitution in that regards.
