What Reagan was doing was adding 20,000,000 to the economy, the Democrats could not in there right minds could not call him dangerous without suffering a huge backlash from people living in reality.

If nothing is stated in the constitution that the federal government should be paying for mental health then it should not be funded by the federal government to begin with. And the last time I checked it is not in there. It would then be a states issue.

He freaking grew the deficit way above what any other President before him had done. He also colluded with enemies of America. And funded terrorists.
