You have a link on this? I never heard of "Scofield missionaries" being involved in helping Ghana or other African nations in writing their laws when they achieved independence.

The reality is that virtually every nation in Africa whether they are Catholic or Protestant, Muslim or animiist, has criminal laws prohibiting Gay Marriage and banning homos from serving in their military or getting sex changes at taxpayer expense.

It is far beyond any single religious group.
