This man did not call Habeck an idiot (="Depp" in Bavaria). He used a picture of him without any right to use this picture - he used the logo of the company "Schwarzkopf" (verbally "Blackhead") and transferred the name of this company into the name "Schwachkopf" (=Moron) - what's extremely damaging to business.

A shorter time ago death threats were also received against the vice-chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany and so all Germans had been informed that Minister Habeck will take legal action against any attack or insult. He did do so automatically in more than 200 cases up to now.

I guess the house search was on reason the preservation of evidence that this man really had done so and this was not only made in the name of this man. And as far as I heard this man is also known as a right wing extremists from the police. So they did perhaps also take a look for illegal weapons or terroristic material.

And if you should think people in the age of 64 are harmless: Also in Bavaria a 64 years old man murdered three and tried to murder 2 other people a short time ago. Reason: dispute between neighbors. Such deeds lead often to copycat actions so that in such times the police reacts more fast and more careful. No one shall get the feeling the police not acts. Bavaria is one of the safest countries in the federal republic of Germany - if not the safest country of Germany at all.

I guess Stefan Niehoff will have to pay some money now. But Habeck will get no money. If someone insults someone else and he has to pay because of this then he has to pay never to the insulted person but to a charitable organization. But if the company "Schwarzkopf" likes to get money from him then he has a bigger problem because they have perhaps a right to compensation.
