Georgia Dems Introduce Gun Bill That Includes Confiscation

There's bill in the Georgia House right now that includes the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to sieze certain weapons.

HB 731 2015-2016 Regular Session

to designate certain weaponry and ammunition as contraband and to require seizure of such by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation;

Now, I keep being told that it's all in my head about the government confiscating certain firearms, but bills like this keep popping up. So is it really a paranoid delusion of gun owners and bitter clingers when bills including confiscation are actually being introduced?
