George Zimmerman sues Warren and Buttigieg for 265 million

Wrong!
Martin's body was found almost 2 blocks away from Zimmerman's SUV, while Martin was on the cellphone to his girl friend.
That means it had to only be Zimmerman who was doing all the running.
If Zimmerman had returned to his SUV when the operator told him to, then he would have been in or at his SUV.
But he was not. He was almost 2 blocks away.

Are you really this dumb. It doesn't matter who was running or where they ran......martin circled back and attacked martin.

zimmerman stopped looking for martin and was going back to his SUV to wait for the police....since he called 911 and asked for the police...you do understand that...right? martin told his friend on the phone that he lost zimmerman in the condo complex....couldn't see him.....he went back and attacked zimmerman.....

A witness saw martin on top of zimmerman pounding his head against the sidewalk.........and testified to this in court....

You can't make things up when there is an actual trial with actual witnesses and evidence that show you don't know what you are talking about....

You don't know what you are talking about....

It most definitely does matter who was running, because it is clear Zimmerman did NOT go back towards his SUV.
If he had, then the fight would not have happened nearly 2 blocks away, as it did.

And it is impossible for Martin to have gone back, because he was stopped as he made the cellphone call, and the call got interrupted by Zimmerman attacking Martin.

And no, there was no witness who said they saw Martin pounding Zimmerman's head on the sidewalk.
There were 2 witnesses, but it was too dark and far away for any sort of details like that.

John Good told the jury today that he yelled "stop" at both men shortly after realizing that what he at first assumed to be a dog attack was actually two men grappling on the ground.

Good testified that he saw what he believed to be Martin on top of Zimmerman.

Jonathan Manalo, who also lived near the shooting scene, testified today that Zimmerman told him just moments after Martin was killed to call his wife and say "Just tell her I shot someone."
Manalo did not see the confrontation between Zimmerman and the unarmed teenager, but walked outside of his home with a flashlight moments after hearing a gunshot.
He said Zimmerman looked like he had "got his butt beat," but was "speaking clearly."
...}

Not sure why you are focused on "running." We have zimmerman's 911 call, where he stated to the operator he was following martin, that he lost martin, then the operator tells him they didn't need him to follow martin he said okay and that he was heading back to his car to meet the police......

The point of running is that somehow Zimmerman and Martin got about 2 blocks from Zimmerman's SUV, after starting the 9/11 call at Zimmerman's SUV. That required a lot of time and movement if Zimmerman were just walking. But we know he was not because we hear him running in the audio of the call to the 9/11 operator.
To get 2 blocks away so quickly, Zimmerman has to continue running around the houses to cut off Martin, even after the 9/11 operator told him not to.

More nonsense......what the dispatcher heard was the wind blowing on the phone.

George Zimmerman prosecutors have proved his innocence, says lawyer

You are the one with the nonsense.
Clearly the fight happened no where near the SUV or the clubhouse, which is where Zimmerman called from and was supposed to be. So unless someone used a transporter to beam Zimmerman up and put him down 2 blocks away, infront of Martin's path home, then Zimmerman had to had run south and east to get ahead of him.

At Trial, Witness Says Zimmerman Acted In Self-Defense

Under questioning by Zimmerman's lawyer Mark O'Mara today, Good confirmed some key parts of Zimmerman's version of events.

MARK O'MARA: The person who you now know to be Trayvon Martin was on top. Correct?

GOOD: Correct.

O'MARA: And he was the one who was raining blows down on the person on the bottom, George Zimmerman. Right?

GOOD: That's what it looked like.

Since Zimmerman was bigger, older, and stronger, it is unlikely Martin would have held a superior position very long.
But it does not matter, because the use of deadly force is not legal in a hand to hand fight.

Wrong. Your attacker does not have to be armed in order to use deadly force against him.

It most certainly does before you kill them.
You can only use the threat of deadly force, such as brandishing, before then.

There are lots of cases where a person has got out and killed a 15 year old kid trying to break into a car, and the person has been convicted of murder.
That is because they did not have to actually shoot in order to protect their property.
The use of force requires things like brandishing be tried first.
Escalating to murder without a fear for life is illegal.

Nonsense.
Zimmerman was by the SUV and clubhouse when he called the 9/11 dispatcher.
So then it is EXTREMELY important to figure out why and how the fight happened 2 blocks away, right near Martin's house, but the opposite direction from Zimmerman's house.
Clearly the only possible explanation is that Zimmerman ran ahead of Martin by taking a different path, and was trying to cut off Martin's escape home.
That is illegal.

The article is totally lying and there was no testimony at all similar to what the article claimed.
Zimmerman had gone to one Neighborhood Watch meeting, but was rejected because he refuse their rules of not working alone or armed.

You strike out every time you swing the bat.

Wendy Dorival said Zimmerman passed out fliers and helped coordinate a neighborhood watch meeting on Sept. 22, 2011 - several months before Zimmerman shot unarmed teen Trayvon Martin in the community after calling a non-emergency dispatcher to report him as a suspicious person.

"The first time [Zimmerman] emailed me was about starting a neighborhood watch," Dorival said. "There were several burglaries that had occurred in the community. He was concerned about them."

Dorival said Zimmerman "seemed like he wanted to make changes in his community and make it better." She asked him to join another program, Citizens on Patrol, a training program for citizens to patrol their neighborhoods, but he declined. She described Zimmerman's role as a neighborhood watch volunteer as someone who would act as a liaison with police about community safety concerns, encourage citizens to act as "eyes and ears" for police and recruit "block captains."

George Zimmerman Trial: Man who shot Trayvon Martin was concerned about burglaries, police volunteer coordinator says

The quote is entirely wrong.
Dorival was only involved in Neighborhood Watch, there is no "Citizens on Patrol" organization, and Dorival that Zimmerman declined to join Neighborhood Watch.
Dorival testified that Zimmerman had ZERO involvement in any legal organization.
He was working on his own, and violating the law.

Assistant State Attorney John Guy showed the jury a slide show that Dorival used at neighborhood meetings. This is exactly what Zimmerman did, you doofus......he called 911, followed the guy so he could tell the police, who were on the way, where the guy went.......when he lost him in the condos, and the 911 operator told him he didn't need to follow him, he started back to his SUV and that is when martin attacked him....

You really need help...

The jury said you're full of shit, so all your crap is moot.

.

Exactly....he is a waste of time except for how fun it is to skewer him.

BTW he is no exception...most of the trayvon crowd are afflicted---- very similar to the way he is. Just another example of how dumbed down America has become.

You just do not know law, any law at all.
Everything Zimmerman did was illegal.
I only do not blame the jury because the 2nd degree murder charge requires more proof of intent.
He should likely have been charged with 3rd degree instead.

The police believed he was guilty enough so that they wanted to arrest him on the spot.
Why do you not believe them?

If they wanted to arrest him, they would have. After the detectives investigated, they found everything Zimmerman told them to be true, and he was sent home.

No, the police always wanted to arrest him, but the prosecutor instead called his father the judge, and then ordered the police to let him go.
It was not until there was more wide spread political pressure that the prosecutor reluctantly charges and then deliberately threw the case.

Please post this evidence of your claim. The last thing a prosecutor is worried about is a magistrate in another state. Do you know what a magistrate does? He hears small claims court. He marries people. That's all he does. Such a person has zero power, especially when it comes to a deadly self-defense case.

You got me on that one.
I was of the mistaken opinion that Zimmerman's father was a retired judge from FL, not a retired magistrate from Virginia.
{...
He served 22 years in the military, working for the Department of Defense for the last 10 years of his military career. Before retiring to Florida in 2002, Zimmerman Sr. had served as a magistrate in Fairfax County's 19th Judicial District.
,,,}
But the beat cops who brought Zimmerman in wanted to charge him, and it was the prosecutor who over ruled them.
Go look at the original articles as well as the police testimony.

Absolutely relevant, because whomever did the running is the one with the intent to start the conflict.
And since it was far from the SUV, but close to Martin's home, then clearly it was Zimmerman who not only did the running, but deliberately was trying to scare the crap out of Martin.
He succeeded, so then gets all the blame.
The only thing we can not tell is if Zimmerman deliberately intended murder or not?

No, first of all Neighborhood Watch rules prohibit any firearms or working alone.
Second is that Zimmerman did not follow, but instead got ahead of Martin, cutting him off and forcing a confrontation.
All of which are illegal because they violated the rights of Martin, who did nothing wrong.

In testimony Tuesday, Wendy Dorival, who worked as the volunteer program coordinator for the Sanford Police Department, said she made a presentation to facilitate a Neighborhood Wwatch program in 2011 for residents of Retreat at Twin Lakes, where Zimmeran lived and Trayvon was visiting a friend of his father's on the night he was killed.

Assistant State Attorney John Guy showed the jury a slide show that Dorival used at neighborhood meetings. The presentation warned citizens against being vigiliantes and urged them to work with police — be the eyes and ears of the community and report suspicious activity. "They're not supposed to take matters into their own hands," Dorival said.

Nonsense.
He deliberately violated Neighborhood Watch rules by being armed and working alone.
Then he deliberately violated rules about not confronting, by running out ahead of Martin, cutting him off and forcing the confrontation.

Clearly claiming that Zimmerman was heading back to the SUV is a lie because he ended up in the other direction, 2 blocks away.

The article is totally lying and there was no testimony at all similar to what the article claimed.

First of all, you don't know what direction he was heading. Secondly, he had nothing to do with the neighborhood watch at the time. He was simply a citizen going to the store.

No one ever said it happened at the SUV...you dope.......martin ambushed zimmerman between the condos...you know, where the witness looked out his window and say martin on top of zimmerman.....

Your fixation on inaccurate, irrelevant details is intriguing if only from a mental health perspective...

exactly.....but you see similar stuff from all of trayvons supporters. Just another example of how some people let their bias cloud their judgement and common sense....of course some of them know the truth but will just not admit it....as in their agenda is more important to them than the truth....aka the old commie maxim....the end justifies the means.

And how many angels can fit on the head of a pin....and how much wood could a woodchuck chuck....? Those are about as relevant as your questions are..............

There is no relevance to what you are focused on...........

Of course he intended on murdering him. Anytime I feel like murdering somebody, the first thing I do is call the police like Zimmerman did.

Before retiring to Florida in 2002, Zimmerman Sr. had served as a magistrate in Fairfax County's 19th Judicial District.
,,,}
But the beat cops who brought Zimmerman in wanted to charge him, and it was the prosecutor who over ruled them.
Go look at the original articles as well as the police testimony.

If that was the case, it had nothing to do with Zimmerman's father. If a prosecutor does not think there us sufficient evidence, then he tells them to drop it. This was a clear cut case of self-defense and within the guidelines of using deadly force in the state of Florida.

The article is totally lying and there was no testimony at all similar to what the article claimed.

Exactly, but he was not refused to join a neighborhood watch. He tried to start one. As the article points out, he was a neighborhood watch guy which is not illegal.

{...
John Good told the jury today that he yelled "stop" at both men shortly after realizing that what he at first assumed to be a dog attack was actually two men grappling on the ground.
"I said cut it out. I'm calling 911 because it was getting serious," said Good.
Good testified that he saw what he believed to be Martin on top of Zimmerman.
...
Good testified that he did not see Martin banging Zimmerman's head on the concrete.

{...

You don't know what you are talking about.....martin violently attacked zimmerman.....

First of all, the only place you can use deadly force for property is the state of Texas. No other state allows you to use deadly force except in self-defense. Secondly, I posted Florida state law in the use of deadly force. It couldn't be any clearer. You do not have to warn anybody you are going to shoot them. That's not the law in Florida, and it's not the law in any state of the union.

There is no law in any state that says you can only use deadly force if your attacker has a weapon. Nowhere. Deadly force is used all the time against people who do not present a weapon, but a threat of physical bodily harm or death.

George Zimmerman, the onetime neighborhood watch volunteer who was acquitted in the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Florida, is suing Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg for $265 million, claiming both 2020 Democratic presidential candidates defamed him in an attempt to "garner votes in the black community."

The lawsuit filed in Polk County, Fla., Tuesday argues Warren and Buttigieg’s two separate tweets on Feb. 5, which would have been Martin’s 25th birthday, used the killing “as a pretext to demagogue and falsely brand Zimmerman as a white supremacist and racist to their millions of Twitter followers.”

Buttigieg tweeted to his 1.6 million followers. The message garnered 42,000 likes, 13,300 replies and 6,600 retweets in just three days, the lawsuit states.

“My heart goes out to @SybrinaFulton and Trayvon's family and friends. He should still be with us today. We need to end gun violence and racism. And we need to build a world where all of our children—especially young Black boys—can grow up safe and free,” Warren tweeted to her 3.6 million followers on the same day, sharing four photos of Trayvon Martin as a small child, between the ages of 4 and 10. The message received 7,300 likes and 1,000 retweets in three days, in addition to national media coverage, the lawsuit states.

George Zimmerman sues Warren, Buttigieg for $265M, accuses them of attempting to garner black votes by defaming him

Any chance at him winning? Who knows. I'm sure he has a lawyer that made this decision, so I'm guessing he can.

There was nothing racial about the shooting of Martin. Zimmerman, a minority himself, lived in a very diverse gated housing complex. If I remember correctly, he attended his school prom with a black girlfriend. But because he was a white-Hispanic and not black himself, the lying MSM tried to make it a racial incident.

Have the Democrats finally crossed the line with using blacks to promote their hate? We'll see. Should be a very interesting election with this in the works.

I am hoping however Nick Sampson's case goes to trial and he wins at least a partial victory for the way those left wing asshole slobs treated him.

Nick Sandmann is a child whose parents are expoiting their son to promote conservative causes. The boy has been on TV saying he wished he'd just walked away and that none of this had happened. And that was BEFORE instructed lawyers to launch dozens of lawsuits. I feel sorry for this kid.

And not one word on you side about the negligence of the school staff for not getting those boys safely outta there before any of this went down. Their chaperones gave permission to the kids for what happened. THOSE are the people the parents should be suing for not doing their jobs properly.
