The problem with your contention, VOR is that when the police dispatcher told him not to follow Martin...Zimmerman had already lost sight of Martin and was headed BACK to the front gate area to meet police when Martin jumped him. Gee, let's think this thing through logically...you intend to "murder" someone but you don't have your gun out and you let them knock you down to the ground, straddle you and rein punches down on your face BEFORE you pull the gun? Yeah, that makes sense! (eye roll)

The thing that is "full of shit" was the main stream media's portrayal of what took place that night...who the two individuals were...and even the applicable laws! Trayvon Martin was never the victim...he was an attacker who was shot by the person he assaulted. Nobody has the right to physically attack someone else for following them...and Martin couldn't even claim that he felt threatened by Zimmerman because it was HE...who after losing Zimmerman in the dark and making his way to the condo he was staying at...turned around and walked BACK to where Zimmerman was to attack him!

Claiming self defense from a "stalker" as a rationale for a physical attack falls flat on it's face in the Zimmerman - Martin case! You can't claim "self defense" when it was YOU that instigated the confrontation by seeking out the person that was following you earlier. You also can't claim "self defense" when it was you who was sitting atop the other person raining blows down on a defenseless person after you attacked them without warning! Martin was shot because he acted like a thug that night...his being "black" had nothing to do with it!
