The bottom line is that Floyd was murdered by Chauvin, and everyone can see it happen on the video.

Floyd's character is irrrelevant, since we have due process specified by the Constitution, and that does not include extrajudicial executions by Police in the streets!

The Constitution guarantees Americans the right to an impartial jury which Chauvin didn't get. The only people who would serve on that jury are those who's minds were already made up. If they voted in Chauvin's favor, the animals would have found those individuals and possibly kill them.

Yeah, Chauvin killed him. Forget about the fact he had three times the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system. Forget that it was mixed with meth. Forget he had clogged arteries and a serious heart problem. Forget he had hypertension. Forget that he even had Covid. Chauvin killed him by using a restraining method that's been successfully used by police all over the country for decades.

Unlike those outraged, I’m going to be consistent with my position on unauthorized tearing down statues. As controversial as it is and as many who may be offended by a statue, it should not have been vandalized. Perhaps those who are outraged can be a little more consistent on the subject.

Unlike those outraged, I’m going to be consistent with my position on unauthorized tearing down statues. As controversial as it is and as many who may be offended by a statue, it should not have been vandalized. Perhaps those who are outraged can be a little more consistent on the subject.

Reminds me of something that happened a few years ago.

After BLM got the cities permission to put their stupid mural on a main street in California, a resident wanted permission to put a MAGA mural on another main street. Realizing this would violate her equal protection under the law rights, instead of giving her permission for the Trump mural, they took down the BLM mural.

Maybe that's what needs to happen here. Somebody put up a Trump statue and see if the city okays it. If not, sue them.
