George Floyd: Chauvin Now to be charged with 2nd Degree Murder, Others to Be Charged

Well, for all you guys who are wondering why the other three cops are being charged, it's simple..............just watch the video.
There's the dude being charged with second degree murder, who kept his knee on Floyd's neck.
Then, we have another officer that is kneeling on his lower back. There is a third officer holding down his legs.
And finally, there was the 4th officer who stood by and just watched. All 3 could have stopped the first one, but they didn't. That is why they are being charged as accessories.
And, for you guys that think this wasn't a big deal. Quick question, have you ever had someone kneel on your neck? How about having someone kneel on the small of your back? Both of those moves seriously restricted how much air he could take in. The dude on the small of his back would have made it very hard for his diaphragm to expand enough to sufficiently inflate his lungs. The dude on his neck was not only restricting blood flow to his brain, but he also was restricting his air intake quite a bit. Ever been at the bottom of a dogpile? It can be hard to breathe, depending on where the people on top of you are.

We have yet to see the reason why Floyd was arrested. I want toxicology report that shows he was on PCP or some other drugs.They sat on him part of the time. They were complicit when they didn’t tell Chauvin enough. I also am afraid of what some of the footage shows inside the car. Not Floyd fighting.Breaking news

Owner Mahmod Abumayaleh says he is with community in wanting justice for the Floyd family.
For 31 years, Cup Foods has been a part of this South Minneapolis community.
“We don’t just work in the community that is our community we know the community it’s a vibe that is unmatched to any other community it’s the best thing to happen to our family,” said Abumayyaleh.
The family owned business has come under fire, after a phone call to police about the passing of a counterfeit 20 dollar bill led to 46 year-old African-American man George Floyd begging a Minneapolis police officer for his life.
“I was no there. The staff that called police followed protocol when he identified the bill was fake. The patron was out of the establishment when the police arrived, he was outside of the establishment which normally never takes place why he was still there were not sure,” Abumayyaleh said.

Owner Mahmoud Abumayyaleh says what happened on the street outside his establishment should never have ended with a man dying.
“Most of the times when patrons give us a counterfeit bill they don’t even know its fake so when the police are called there is no crime being committed just wat to know where it came from and that’s usually what takes place this was a very circumstantial event that ended in a tragedy and unfortunately we are taking a lot of animosity,” he said.

I wonder why they didn't include that in the charges.
Ellison and others are just grand standing. Felony assault and third degree murder would have been a LOT easier to get a conviction on and resulted in fundamentally the same sentence as a second degree murder charge would if you get a conviction, but no Ellison wanted to tell people "look at me I'm tough on cops "
This cop may end up walking when this is all said and done.

No, that's not fair. It's as incorrect to conflate protesters with rioters/looters as it is to conflate one bad cop with all cops in general. There were - and I believe may still be - people who were genuinely just trying to exercise their First Amendment rights to protest and were not trying to break laws or hurt anyone in doing so. Sadly, they were drowned out in short order by people who wanted to use their protest to further their own selfish aims of causing destruction, stealing, and generally acting like savage animals.

Because they have more serious felonies charged, i would assume. 3 as of now.
But he is still charged with 3rd degree murder. So, the jury can acquit on murder 2 and convict on murder 3.

Skin color is irrelevant, it is how they handled Floyd is the issue.

It only takes a minute beforehand for premeditation to occur. Chauvin obviously thought about murder a lot during those 8 minutes on his neck.
