At least check out the Preface and Executive Summary, the technical lingo in the main text is heavy.

Typical liberal response: 1) Do not study the report; 2) Characterize it as from hateful conservatives; 3) Rest easy in righteous slumber - job done.

But it such an old, tired response that it is easy to spot and ignore:
