Actually, his post very much fits with reality. It's true that all religions have extremists, but when it comes to daily mass murder, torture, oppression, treating women like crap, beheading, Islam takes the cake.
Of course not all Muslims are jihadists/terrorists but most terrorists are Muslims.

They executed Japanese troops for torturing Americans by water boarding them, but water boarding was a legitimate form of information gathering for prisoners in America's Cuban base.
We could move on to kidnapping innocents, but we have to call it "extraordinary rendition", even when you get the wrong people.

There are differences between the first and second pictures. In the first, the women are covered from head to toe quite literally. This is how they're supposed to live? In the second, men are buying palm-branches for the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot), which is a ritual object that only men use. Women are probably on the other side of the market buying oranges, dressed normally.
