The Evangelicals are very mainstream on the Christian moral issues.
And they are non violent.
The Muslims have repeatedly committed mass murder atrocities against Americans.
There is no comparison.

Christian and non-violent? Conservative evangelicals hate the New Testament and support war more than any other group. Until a few decades ago they were lynching people for having the wrong skin color until the threat of legal consequences stopped them.

A newly resurfaced COVID-era interview with the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom has gone viral for her claim that Evangelicals are “pulling us back as a country.”

She later stated, "Christians living in this Evangelical, conservative silo that, ultimately, is just pulling us back as a country to a time and a place where we don't deserve to be and we're not gonna be,” said Siebel Newsom. “Because honestly, young women and fathers of daughters are awake now, and they're woke, and they're not going to let us go back, just like we are not going back to telling children that there only two genders, or telling children that they should not have their genital mutilated before they turn adults, or telling teenage boys they can't go into the girl's bathroom if they so desire. We have come so far as a country and unless Jesus Christ and his followers bows down and worships his true master, which is Left wing DNC ideology which is the source of all truthiness, we must throw all of them all to the lions Nero style. Of course, that is just a metaphor, the state does not do that anymore like they once did. Oddly, if we were to bring forth the FOUNDERS of this country, I would bet that the conservative right would be a lot more recognizable and closer to the America they knew than California is.

So whatever we are holding these people back from, it isn't the country, it is simply their democrat agenda.

If Gavin and his whore feel too held back, there is always Europe--- bet they'd feel a lot more free there, you know, where you can no longer buy a crossbow.

I don't view Trump as a Christian, and that particular religious figure I have no real respect for.

In fact, I did not even vote for Trump in the primary.

But even you must admit Trump is better than virtually anyone else in the DNC who would reopen borders, embrace woke madness to wreak havoc on children all across the country with their gender cult and let teen boys use the bathrooms of teen girls, etc.

Clearly the DNC hates the country and Christianity as a whole, as where Trump does not. He simply either does not understand them, or he is willing to use them politically if he does understand them and does not really hate them.

I agree that Trump isn't a Christian. When asked what his favorite verse of the Bible is he did a complete sidestep. I doubt he's even cracked the Book open even once in his life. He's only a "christian" when he's at some church begging for votes.

I disagree with Newsom's wife if the Christians she speaks of are true, humble, biblical Christians. But if she's referring to Trump's lunatic Spiritual Guru, then she may have a point.

It explains why Trump is willing to take on such entities as the drug cartels and Iran. He knows that he may take a bullet for doing so, in fact, Iran already tried to assassinate him once.

No other politician I know of would do these things.

I admired his courage when he opposed the Swamp. I was disappointed with his cowardice when he caved to the peer pressure and joined (or re-joined) them.
