I had a trailer, legally parked on the same street. I was, by law, required to move the trailer 300 ft every 72 hours. One time I neglected to do this (it was not harming anyone, in anyway), it was towed, and cost me hundreds of dollars. No warning ticket, not even marks on the tire. The Meter Maid said that he had placed a penny on the tire to secretly monitor my ten foot trailer's parking history. This is typical California BS,,,,better make sure those Daffodils aren't less than 59 inches from your home. You better believe they will be checking, and that the fines will be steep.
