...back up to a $1.95 a gallon... but then I hear on the news that the price of a barrel of oil is still falling. What the fuck.... so.... is there gouging going on?

My question exactly. Last I heard on the news oil was still going down, yet gas prices are on the rise.... WTF? ...

Gas was $1.75 here, and I don't drive much either. The boss picks me up for work everyday, and it's winter so I'm not riding the Harley, so the price of gas going up was kind of a shock to me. It's gone up $.20 since the last time I bought it.
