Arise Sir Gary Oldman! The 'Slow Horses' actor was knighted in King Charles III's Birthday Honors list. Others honored included Samantha Morton.

Oldman has been knighted for his services to drama — the first time he has received a royal accolade for his body of distinguished work. He joins contemporaries including Sir Kenneth Branagh and Sir Daniel Day-Lewis in receiving recognition from Buckingham Palace.
Gary Oldman is an outstanding actor......It adds additional complexity to the "Is this Gary Oldman?" game.
While I don’t care about all the BS British royalty crap, it's nice they recognized him for his awesomeness as an actor.
