In one case he voted to force a decision in favor of removing the DC firearms ban to the full Court when 2 years earlier he did not vote to force a similar case that was decided in the bans favor to the full court.

He has no business on the Supreme Court if he is against part of the Constitution.

The people who wrote it were against parts of it and the bill of rights came two years later. Somehow we will continue to survive. I'm sure there is plenty of law he doesn't like but he still does his duty.
