I feel for Petito's family...but this lawsuit seems frivolous to me burdening the Laundrie's with the cost of a legal defense as a form of revenge.

If the parents knew, then they could be charged with aiding and abetting the commission of a capital crime. Petitio's parents shouldn't be bringing this case. If there's ample evidence to suggest the allegations are true, the District Attorney should pursue the case...
