I hope Tulsi is confirmed. But I'm not sure if I trust RFK jr. I don't think he's establishment. But he does lean hard on big government & regulations. Which could be a good thing, considering what food and drink manufacturers are putting in our food.

Gabbard, Kennedy set for confirmation votes this week

Senate Republicans are preparing for a second straight week where they’re using all of their floor time on confirming President Donald Trump’s Cabinet nominees.

At the end of last week, Senate Majority Leader John Thune teed up five more Trump nominees for consideration. But if Senate Republicans want to confirm all of those nominees this week, it would require a time agreement with Democrats.

Senate GOP leaders are prioritizing confirmation votes for former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii) and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., two of Trump’s more controversial Cabinet picks.

Tonight, the Senate will vote to invoke cloture on Gabbard’s nomination to be the director of national intelligence. Gabbard, once seen as the most at-risk nominee, won over Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Todd Young (R-Ind.) last week to advance out of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Gabbard is unlikely to be defeated on the floor, although GOP Sens. John Curtis (Utah) and Mitch McConnell (Ky.) are two swing votes to watch.

This is bullshit. All of his cabinet should already be confirmed. They have had since Nov. 5 to confirm these people. When a president is elected, he should already have his cabinet selected, and if they suck at the job, that is his problem. If someone has evidence they are unfit and should not hold the office, that should be the only purpose of these hearings, to present and vote on it. Not sit there for days on end ranting about how bad someone is and not even ask them questions nor give them any chance to answer and play games.

A president should hit the ground running with his cabinet selected and in place. We have a government to run. And if you are going to fool around and do it this way, you should limit the other party to 30 days to get their questions or doubts in. What you don't get done or disprove within 30 days, anyone left is confirmed, that way, the other party would have just cause to get this stuff done rather than dragging their feet.

I mean, look at the election, the president only gets six weeks to appeal or dispute the election. Why is he given a deadline even if he believes the election was rigged (a la 2020), yet this horseshit goes on and on?

Tulsi and RFK = Good.

Then, Dems move left.

Tulsi and RFK stay put.

Therefore Tulsi and RFK = Bad,
