Canine consumption is a popular meal in many parts of the world. When my Dad was TDY in Thailand, he was walking down the street, when he saw a bunch of cute puppies in a store's windows. He thought it was a pet store. It was a restaurant, where you choose your puppy, like choosing a live lobster.
