I'd like to see these types of lawsuits go forward ... at least as far as discovery ... why do folks in Boulder, Colorado think their climate has changed ... then we could sue Colorado for her farming practices and make them pay to restore the upland prairie ecosystem ...

Alas ... I know SCOTUS will disagree with me ... shame on them ... they're going to rule that Congress wrote the law giving the EPA authority in regulating greenhouse gases (and upland prairie ecosystem management) ... and by intent, it is a political choice ... not judicial ... Boulder will have to file suit in Federal Court ...
