I actually like some of this guy's ideas....however idea's often do not flesh out too well in the real world.
This is probably one of them.
Now I could argue that free child care is actually economic stimulus but that would be assuming
that everyone does their part which as we know is a beggar's misconception of what reality is.
More likely there will be a certain percentage of people who use it to continue to be parasites on society which circles back around to the arguiment of presonal responsiblity and burying the weaknesses of some in the strengths of others. Our society just doesn't have that kind of moral consturct I'm afraid. This will probably come to the ugly end that all of these things come to...it will become a financial paraiah and be crippled by the pains and perils of human frailty and human nature....a greedy and selfish nature to be sure that can be overcome with effort but often manages to prevail in spite of it.
