You get one senior and two juniors... From Senators, Congress, former Cabinet,... (this could work with committee)...
There job is formulate policy, agree that internally and communicate it. They need one of there crew to be able to go on Fox (& other RW media) and explain in plain English how Trump is hurting them and Dems have a better way. This has to be a simple message with many layers , just inside topic. Same for Young Male Tubers, Local TV and Radio, Other media (that is why you need the team)

The Dems on these Shadow Cabinets will be the Team players on Team Dem. Strong players will be short listed for higher roles. We are creating a team of disciplined team players that Fox News & Co watchers will call at least brave and informed. This is Mayor Pete but rolled out plan.
Now we are organised and they can try and flood the zone... We have the teams in place. If the try and over flood, get guys off the bench to help.
