That's what I heard for 4 years from the Left when Trump was in office. Funny thing though, I don't recall Russia and China making open moves to destabilize the peace. Gee, I wonder why?

For all we know, a particular General who felt he needed to contact the Chinese to promise to "warn them if Trump was about to attack", may have spooked the Chinese enough to put into overdrive their research into hypersonic weapons.
