1. The Democrats, The FBI and the Capitol Police all played roles in facilitating and inciting violence during J6.

2. The phony tribunal of 9 Trump haters from the Democrat and Republican Parties was clearly biased.

3. For the few that were directly involved in violence with Capitol Police, 3 years imprisonment is sufficient punishment.

4. President Joe Biden has set a precedent by pardoning his son who is clearly guilty of MULTIPLE crimes.

A far better reason is that Trump's administration will be declaring war on the FBI establishment if all the J6 criminals are pardoned. Without a thorough purge of the FBI, that agency can never be trusted.
