it was a little underpowered but its gearbox & 4x was bulletproof . ( great gas milage too

Thing is, under-powering a vehicle is a great and cheap way of both extending full economy as well as extending the durability of the drive train.

Pretty hard to blow up a gearbox when the engine has low power and torque.
