Yet another case where the suspect actually was driving illegally in the first place….. She had an arrest warrant. So when she blew a stop sign and was pulled over, she refused to give her license or comply with the orders of the officer. The officer of course had to pull her out of the car…. The lady resisted and you can see what happened. Lucky nobody was killed and no serious injuries ,

Imagine if a police officer asks somebody for their ID or there’s an arrest warrant for somebody and the cop is trying to take that person in…. Well the drug dealers and the violent criminals all want a system where they could just say no. Basically they want anarchy. Well that’s not gonna happen in this country. And if it does we won’t have a country anymore. We obviously already have a lot of despicable behavior in this country by the politicians and the media toward our brave police officers.

This is where Democrats need to tone down their anti-police rhetoric, and Republicans need to do legitimate things to protect police officers….and to present a counter to the the defunding of police, to the disgraceful anti-police behavior from the media and Hollywood.

I'm glad her supporters on the scene didn't approach and cause the situation to escalate. I think the million dollar payouts to others who've done similar things has caused this demographic to think of every stop by police as an opportunity to "win the lottery".

If you are pulled over and have an active warrant, you WILL be arrested. To refuse to cooperate only adds charges. A person's race is irrelevant. Statistics and interviews have shown that police (which they even admit) are more heavy-handed with blacks than other races. The reason however, isn't racism, but refusing to cooperate when given instructions. If you have a warrant and the officer instructs you to step out of the car, turn off the ignition and step out of the car. If the officer instructs you to put your hands behind your back, put your hands behind you back. As the officer is putting the cuffs on you, don't move. Trying to move away can add a charge of resisting. Once cuffed, he/she will walk you over to the back of the patrol officer. Climb in. Don't resist.
Any force considered reasonable can be used to restrain an uncooperative subject. If the person being arrested and strikes the officer, there is no restriction from him not returning the favor. If you try to grab his/her gun, expect to get shot. If you point a fake gun at the officer, expect to get shot. If you try to stab an officer, expect to get shot. If you shoot a cop, expect the other cops to have you carted away in a body bag. I still recall sheriff Grady Judd's response when a reporter asked why the deputies shot the cop killer 68 times. Judd's great response was, "because we ran out of bullets."

They didn't immediately go to their guns and they didn't immediately start cussing at her. He tried to remain calm.

No one has ever argued that the police are always wrong. The argument is that when they are they need held accountable just as the citizen will be held accountable here.

Cool revision.
