So -- Brad Pitt decided to make a Tom Cruise movie. Apparently wanting to recreate Days of Thunder and say "I can do it better!".
It was an odd movie for Pitt. Not his usual style. Surprised he agreed to it.
It is okay, keeps you interested, the racing scenes are intense and very realistic. The story is simple, you have seen this movie before. Like I say, if you have saw a Cruise movie - then you have seen this one: Super talented, smart ass [Enter super skill] whose risk taking causes him to lose his ticket, but wait.... they need him!!! He is so good!! He comes in, saves the day and get's the girl too.
If you are a fan of Tom Cruise movies - you will like it a lot. It is actually a better version of one. If you are tires of seeing this template style of a movie... then wait till it is free.

I saw alone at theater . The racing was great but the characters and story was very avg

Hollywood has no talent to make a decent auto racing movie. Also, they suck at making flying movies too. I watched the flying movie on a wing and a prayer featuring Dennis Quaid.

I am a pilot and noticed the flaws contained in that movie.
By the way, this event did happen, and it would have been nicer had it been handled by real pilots.

The latest Top Gun movie was a pretty good flying move. Ford vs. Ferrari was an excellent car racing movie.

Are you an actual pilot? Where did you race sports cars?

Quaid presented himself as a one-time person who got a paid ride in a Cessna. Students and such riders get instructions galore. He acted as if the twin beech was from out of space. I do not believe that he presented it correctly.

Rush is a pretty good Formula 1 based movie. Better than F-1.
