The former Lt Governor under Governor Ralph Northam (D-Virginia), the governor prior to Youngkin, has reportedly murdered his wife and then killed himself in a murder-suicide. They were reportedly in the early stages of divorce and he had recently been served papers. Both kids were home at the time.

Given the jerk that Fairfax was I suspect it was hell in that home for some time.....Separated but still living in the same home is a recipe for disaster.

Unfortunately, if one gives up domicile, it creates other problems. The law needs to be changed.

I read on another forum where he was supposed have to exited the domicile due to a court order and the kids were to remain with the wife....Can't say if it was true or not.
